Welcome! At Perryville Family Care Clinic we provide family medical services treating patients of all ages. Our Board Certified Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and staff strive to provide quality healthcare in a pleasant and efficient manner to all of our patients.
PFCC provides the added convenience of a telephone service called "HouseCalls" which places a courtesy "reminder" call to our patients during the evening hours the day prior to their scheduled visit.
Laboratory services are available to our patients on a "walk-in" basis from 7:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. No appointment is necessary.
"LabCalls" is an automated method for patients to retrieve their laboratory test results by telephone at their own convenience - 24 hours each day! It's as simple as dialing the telephone! Ask a PFCC staff member for details.
Community Involvement:
Perryville Family Care Clinic participates in various local community support projects. We are especially proud of our "employee driven", "employee maintained" fundraising project. Casual For A Cause is a voluntary program allowing our employees to donate $1.00 each week and in return, they have the option of dressing very "casually" on Friday. The donations are totaled and distributed on a quarterly basis. A local project or charity is then selected as the recipient of the donation for that quarter. Just a small way for our staff to show our pride and support for the community.
